This policy explains what information S.O.S Locksmith Solution LLC ("we") collects through soslocksmithsolution.com, phone calls and text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to include: email, city, the service you need and your message.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text us, we see your phone number and anything you tell us, including the address where you need help.
- Job details. For lockouts and new car keys we look at ID and proof of address or vehicle ownership. We check it, we do not keep copies.
- Website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. If we turn on analytics (such as Google Analytics), it uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site in aggregate.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, give you an estimate, do the job, send a receipt, and follow up about that job. We use website data to keep the site working and to understand which pages help people.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to do your job (for example, a payment processor if you pay by card), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling 763-600-3529 or emailing sos@soslocxmith.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
